About us

Growing up, school was always a safe place for me. Some of my fondest childhood memories were shaped by loving and kind-hearted teachers, who fostered me to become a strong, independent, and confident student of life. Years later, when I became a parent and my own children entered school, I expected them to have the same impactful experience. My boys are now in their teenage years, and we have been through pre-school, elementary school, middle school, and now high school. We have had some of the most amazing teachers, who have taught them priceless, life-enhancing lessons; we have unfortunately had a few that were not as amazing. Healthy communication is a muscle that needs to be exercised and strengthened in our youth and society. Classroom experiences, both positive and negative, affect and shape our children, often staying with them for the rest of their lives. In order for teachers and students to grow and offer an environment for our children that stimulates healthy personal development and positive connections, feedback from students and parents on their teachers throughout the school year is imperative. Creating a place to celebrate and bring focus to all of the dedicated, hard-working, amazing A+ teachers, while bridging the communication gap between parents, students, and teachers is at the heart of TSBS. Our vision is to create an active and positive flow of feedback for teachers from those people they directly impact…students (and parents). Our children deserve the best education experience we can offer! Teachers, students, and parents are creating the future of this world every day. A positive bridge of communication is a necessary step toward a brighter future. We are stronger when we work together! Listen. Learn. Grow. Inspire.
